On the day of the appointment

  • The issuance of an electronic passport containing fingerprints and a digitized signature requires the applicant to be physically present at the Consulate.
  • Applicants will be received at the appointment time assigned by the Prenot@Mi system.
  • For the issuance of a passport to a minor under 18 years of age, both parents must be present.
  • Each minor must have an individual passport. The passport may be collected by the applicant or by a person authorized by the applicant.
