The offices of the Consulate General are open from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., by appointment only. Appointments must be booked through the PRENOT@MI platform.
For consular matters (excluding visa services), applicants without an appointment may be assisted only if appointment slots are available.
For Italian citizens only, and exclusively in cases of proven exceptional emergencies requiring immediate intervention to protect Italian citizens abroad, the emergency mobile number is available every day of the week: +966 50 667 8310.
