Concert : Catalano-Guercio duo: 13th may

The Consulate General of Italy in Jeddah is pleased to invite you to the concert of the 
Catalano-Guercio duo, artists in residence of the "La Societa' dei Concerti" Foundation of Milan.

Sofia Catalano (violin) and Emma Guercio (piano), thirty-four years equally divided between the two. 
Sofia, great-granddaughter of the great Leonardo Sciascia, took up the violin for the first time 
thanks to the Suzuki method and today studies with Salvatore Accardo and Laura Gorna. 
She met Emma, ​​from Turin, a student of Davide Cabassi and Maria Grazia Bellocchio, at the Milan Conservatory 
and they form the close-knit and award-winning duo of the Artists in Residence of the La Società dei Concerti Foundation.
