Italian Sailing Takes Centre Stage in Jeddah
On the occasion of the third edition of Italian Sports Day in the World, dedicated this year to the theme “Italy: A Land of Enterprise, a Sea of Excellence”, the Consulate General of Italy in Jeddah is promoting an initiative dedicated to Italian sailing, with the aim of showcasing Italy’s excellence in the nautical sector.
As part of the initiative, the Consulate General is organising a photographic exhibition featuring leading figures in Italian sailing at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the Luna Rossa team. Through a selection of photographs, the exhibition highlights the achievements and experiences of some of the leading representatives of Italian sailing, showcasing the close links between sport, innovation and expertise that characterise Italy’s nautical sector.
The exhibition will be hosted at the prestigious Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina. The opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 16 September at 6:00 p.m., at the Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina Academy.
Admission is free and open to all.
