5-year Schengen visa

Thanks to a European decision supported by Italy effective immediately, Saudis will be able to get a 5-year Schengen visa upon their first application.

All Saudi nationals, whether first-time applicants (who have never been granted a Schengen visa) or people who already obtained a visa, regardless of its validity, shall be issued a multiple-entry visa  for a validity period of five years.
