In order to obtain a Declaration of Value from this Consulate General, it is necessary to make an appointment through Prenot@Mi. The appointment may be used exclusively for qualifications and/or certificates issued in the name of the person for whom the appointment was booked.
Please note that this service is limited to qualifications and/or certificates issued by an educational institution located within the territory of this consular district.
All documentation must be submitted in the original, together with a simple photocopy.
A Declaration of Value may be issued for one of the following documents:
- An academic transcript or diploma from a secondary school, tertiary institution, or university;
- A certificate of partial or incomplete studies.
The qualification must be legalized with the Hague Apostille, translated into Italian, and submitted together with the application form.
If the Declaration of Value is requested for study purposes, the service is free of charge. However, please note that the continuation of studies in Italy must be duly documented, for example through proof of enrollment at an educational institution, a scholarship, etc.
Educational qualifications issued by Italian schools, universities, or other Italian institutions must be legalized in Italy.
