The issuance of the CIE requires the applicant to be physically present at the Consulate.
Applicants will be received in accordance with the appointment time assigned by the Prenot@Mi system.
For the issuance of a CIE to minors under 18 years of age, both parents must be present, in addition to the minor(s).
The validity period of the CIE varies depending on the holder’s age:
- for children under 3 years of age, the CIE is valid for 3 years;
- for minors aged 3 to 18, the CIE is valid for 5 years;
- for adults (18 years of age and over), the CIE is valid for 10 years.
