In situations of difficulty while in the area under the jurisdiction of this Consulate General, the Assistance Office may, at the request of the Italian citizen concerned, intervene on their behalf.
Possible forms of assistance include:
- assistance to detainees;
- medical assistance;
- assistance in locating Italian citizens;
- repatriation of human remains.
