A variety of dinners, cooking classes and food tastings took place in Hotels, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Universities around the city. The theme of this 4th edition has been Recco\u2019s \u201cFocaccia col Formaggio\u201d and the food tradition of Genoa and Liguria. Our guests of honour were the Head of the Association of Focaccia di Recco (Mr. Lucio Bernini) and two chefs from Recco\u2019s traditional restaurants (Mr. Fabrizio Passano from Alfredo\u2019s Restaurant and Mr. Umberto Squarzati from Vitturin Restaurant) and the actor Davide Quillico.
