The applicant must bring the following documents:<\/p>\n

  1. Application form<\/strong>, duly completed in all its sections (for adults, click here<\/a><\/span><\/span>; for minors, click here<\/a><\/span><\/span>).<\/li>\n
  2. A valid identity document<\/strong> of the applicant and of all persons required to sign the application (original and photocopy of both sides).<\/li>\n
  3. The applicant\u2019s valid Italian passport<\/strong>, if held, and a photocopy of the page showing the photograph.<\/li>\n
  4. The applicant\u2019s previous Italian Identity Card<\/strong>, if held, and a photocopy of both sides.<\/li>\n
  5. One passport-size photograph<\/strong>, 4 \u00d7 4 cm or 3.5 \u00d7 4.5 cm, with a white background and good image quality. Please note:<\/strong> applicants are advised to ensure that the photographs meet the required standards. Photographs that do not comply with the requirements cannot be accepted.<\/li>\n
  6. Consent from both parents<\/strong> if the applicant is under 18 years of age.<\/li>\n
  7.
